
The Vision-to-Value Framework provides a structured approach to transforming vision into tangible outcomes and impact. The framework operates at different altitudes, each representing a level of strategic thinking:

Vision (Highest Altitude): The big-picture aspiration that defines a bold new world for customers. It is supported by vivid descriptions that make the vision tangible and inspiring.

Strategy (Mid Altitude): The bridge between vision and value, translating broad aspirations into Desired Areas of Impact—the critical areas that need transformation to achieve the vision. These areas lead to Strategic Objectives—specific goals that can be achieved within a given timeframe (typically 12-18 months).
